This Era Challenger Composite Door Hinge has been especially designed to meet the requirements of BS EN 1670:2007 and is Grade 4 Corrosion Resistant (240 hours). It is designed specifically for use on composite and timber doors and is fully 3D adjustable - Lateral, Height and Compression. It features a secured security pin which prevents unauthorized lift off in outward opening doors. A reliable, sturdy hinge with self-lubricating bushes that is perfect for inwards and outward opening doors; a classic durable body with superior performance and weight loading capacity of 90kg where 3 hinges are used.
