How to Order Your Keys
Ordering is simple, secure, and ensures you get the exact key you need. You do not need to send us your existing key; just follow these steps using the options above:
- Check Your Key Card: Locate the plastic key card supplied with your ABS Ultimate locks (see our Code Guide image for reference).

Select Your Prefix: Use the dropdown menu to select the two letters that start your code.
- Options available: WA, WB, WC, WD, WE

Enter Your Full Code: In the text box provided, type the entire code exactly as it appears on your card (including the prefix you just selected and the letters at the end).
- Example: If your card reads WC407785PH, please enter WC407785PH
- Add to Basket: Select the quantity of keys you need and proceed to checkout.
Important: Check Your Code
If you provide an incorrect key code, your order will be excluded from our returns policy and we are unable to accept returns or offer a refund. Please ensure your code is entered exactly as it appears on your card.
Security & Delivery Advice
Your security is our priority. Because these keys provide access to your property, we strictly adhere to the following safety protocols:
- We advise that your keys are shipped to a different address to where they will be used (e.g., workplace, friend, or family) just in case the parcel is lost in transit.
- We will NEVER include any document inside the parcel with any personal information on it. Invoices and receipts are emailed to you instead.
