Avocet Gold 2 Hook 2 Roller Multipoint Door Lock

A genuine Avocet replacement multipoint door lock with a gold YPZ finish, two hook bolts and two roller cams. It features a 35mm backset, 92mm/62mm PZ centres and a reversible centre latch for left or right handed doors. Suitable for use with compatible lever/lever or lever/pad door handles.

Check You Have the Correct Version

This listing is for the Avocet Gold version. The similar Avocet Trivalent version has different hook and roller positions, so please compare your existing lock before ordering.

With the lock upright, look at the pair of fixing holes near the upper roller:

• Gold: the identifying screw holes are below the roller, between the roller and hook.
• Trivalent: the identifying screw holes are above the roller.

What to Check Before You Order

• Version and locking-point positions: compare the identifying screw holes and the positions of both hooks and rollers. These must match your existing installation so the locking points align with the keeps in the door frame.
• Backset: measure from the front face of the faceplate to the centre of the handle-spindle hole.
• PZ centres: measure from the centre of the relevant handle-spindle hole to the centre of the circular part of the euro-cylinder opening.
• Faceplate width: check that your existing faceplate is 16mm wide.
• Overall length: the technical diagram shows the full uncut length. The ends may need trimming to suit your door. Trimming does not change the hook or roller positions.
