- Check Your Key Card: Locate the plastic key card supplied with your Yale Platinum locks. For Gen 1 locks, you will see three separate lines of codes labeled D, E, and F.

How to Identify Your Key Code
To ensure your new key works perfectly, it is vital to provide the correct code sequence from your card.
- The Format: Yale Platinum Gen 1 keys use a combination of three code levels. Your card will list them as:

- E: Followed by numbers (e.g., 2321)
- F: Followed by numbers (e.g., 3432)
