Care After Use
Clean the nozzle and valve with a suitable PU gun cleaner after use to help prevent blockages. Follow the foam and cleaner manufacturers’ handling instructions.
Expanding Foam Application for Installers
A PU foam applicator gun is useful for directing gun grade expanding foam around window and door installation work and into suitable gaps. Adjustable delivery helps you work progressively rather than applying more material than the space needs. The long nozzle gives a clear application point when working along a joint.
Before Applying Foam
Check that the chosen foam canister is suitable for the gun and for the application. Read the foam maker’s expansion, curing and surface preparation guidance before starting. Test the flow and leave room for expansion rather than filling the space completely at once. Wear the protection specified for the foam and cleaner, and protect surrounding surfaces from uncured material.
