How to Order Your Keys

Check Your ID Card: Find the "Shield Hardware" card supplied with your lock.

Locate the Code: Find the box at the very bottom of the card front labeled "Key numbers in here".

Enter Code: Type the number exactly as it appears (e.g., 861345) into the box above.

Identifying Your Code
To ensure your key works, verify you are looking at the correct card:
- Visual Check: Ensure your card has the Shield Hardware logo and a QR code on the back.
- Code Location: The code is only found in the rectangular box at the bottom of the card face.
